Jake Neufeld

Mr. Neufeld is an SEG Emergency Management/Exercise Planner. He has in-depth knowledge and
experience in comprehensive emergency management planning, preparedness, and HSEEP
exercises, response and recovery, and critical infrastructure protection and resilience. In addition, Mr.
Neufeld is a volunteer with the American Red Cross where he serves as disaster responder as well as
planning coordinator on the Continuity of Operations Plan for the local chapter.

Mr. Neufeld is a graduate of Metropolitan College of New York where he earned an MPA in Emergency
and Disaster Management. He holds certificates from FEMA in Weapons of Mass Destruction Threat
and Risk Assessment and Weapons of Mass Destruction Response Planning. He also holds a
certificate from the Israeli Military Industries School for Security and Anti-Terror Training.
