State of Missouri
Emergency Management Agency
Teamed with RAM & Associates LLC, SEG and RAM have been selected
as the State contractor under an IDIQ award for the provision of
statewide emergency management and homeland security exercise services
for the State of Missouri. Working with the State Emergency Management
Agency (SEMA), Team RAM-SEG will conduct exercises for SEMA, State
agencies and Regional Homeland Security Oversight Committees.
State of New York Office of
Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD)
SEG has been selected to perform a comprehensive series of emergency
management services for the State of New York Office of Mental
Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD). SEG services will
include risk assessments, the development of an agency wide
Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP), the development of a
regional CEMP, and a series of HSEEP based senior leadership workshops,
statewide best practice benchmarking workshops, tabletop exercises, and
evacuation drills.
Massachusetts
Southeast Regional Homeland Security Advisory Council
SEG is coordinating and managing a homeland security exercise
program which involves the design, operation, and evaluation of a series
of tabletop, functional, and full scale exercises in the Massachusetts
Southeast Homeland Security Region
Federal Exercise Program
In August 2006, SEG was selected to support a confidential
Federal exercise program. As part of this program, SEG is responsible
for the design, operations, and evaluation of CBRNE exercises at
approximately 60 locations nationally. Effective May 2008, SEG has
been selected to perform ongoing program operations under an expanded
scope of work. The current engagement is scheduled to continue
through 2011.
New York Yankees
SEG continues to develop a broad emergency management, public safety and
operational continuity program for the new Yankee Stadium which opened
in April 2009. The program includes comprehensive emergency planning,
security and emergency response integration, stadium evacuation program,
fire safety plan and associated training and exercises.
State of New York - Office of the State
Comptroller
SEG supported Office of the NYS Comptroller
emergency management and business continuity planning efforts. This
program included a review and validation of the organization's emergency
response plan; the delivery of emergency management training seminars;
and, the design, execution and analysis of a series of
tabletop emergency management and business continuity exercises
involving Comptroller facilities statewide.
Cumberland County NJ Office of Emergency Management
Cumberland
County engaged SEG
to design, execute and evaluate a series of integrated county-wide
homeland security exercises surrounding a WMD terrorism attack on food
manufacturing and storage facilities and a school district impacting
surrounding industrial and residential communities.
The World Bank Group
SEG developed a global comprehensive emergency management plan and
supported Bank global business continuity and crisis management
programs; and designed, executed and analyzed a week-long crisis
management and business continuity exercise involving a test of the
Bank’s confidential global continuity center.
Suffolk County NY Department of
Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services
SEG designed, executed and analyzed a
U.S. Department of Homeland Security funded comprehensive series of
pandemic influenza exercises, including a countywide tabletop,
functional, and full scale exercises. SEG also developed a series of bio
terrorism and chemical terrorism exercises.
National Organization on Disability –
Emergency Preparedness Initiative
For the Hurricane Katrina Catastrophe SEG deployed four emergency
management teams to the Gulf Coast to
evaluate and assess the care and conditions of the special needs,
disability, elderly and medically challenged population.
US Department of Homeland Security
– National Exercise Program
SEG has been selected as a teaming partner and subcontractor to design
and conduct state- and local-level emergency management and homeland
security exercises throughout the United States.
Santa Cruz County, CA – Department of Public Health
SEG designed and conducted an agency-wide natural hazards and
pandemic influenza workshop and tabletop exercise.
The Port Authority of New York &
New Jersey
- SEG was engaged by the Port Authority
Office of Emergency Management to support the development of an
agency-wide strategic level biological terrorism plan.
-SEG facilitated and developed Emergency
Operations Policies, Protocols and Response Procedures and designed a
series of multi-jurisdictional, interagency terrorism response exercises
for Port Newark Marine Terminals and Newark Liberty International
Airport.
-SEG furnished 4000 emergency evacuation
kits for use by Port Authority staff.
State of Missouri
Emergency Management Agency
SEG supported a series of emergency management and WMD exercises for the
State Emergency Operations Center.
City of New Orleans
SEG provided operational support in the NOLA Emergency Operations Center
during an early and peak period during the response and recovery phase
of hurricane disaster management operations.
U.S. Department of Justice - National Exercise and Technical Assistance
Program
SEG participated in numerous national emergency management and counter
terrorism exercises and state-based risk assessments in locations such
as Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX; Toledo, OH; Anaheim, CA; Portsmouth, NH
(TOPOFF I); Hawaii (three counties / three islands); Orlando, FL;
Seattle, WA; and, Richmond, VA.
City of New York, Department of Information, Technology, and
Telecommunications (DoITT)
SEG provided fire service and law
enforcement emergency management advisory and liaison services for the
design and construction of primary and secondary New York City public
safety answering points (PSAP).
Amtrak
SEG performed an assessment of several emergency preparedness plans for
Amtrak and Penn Station, NY and supported the development of a Tunnel
emergency training program for Amtrak employees for the East River,
North River ( Hudson) and Empire tunnels.
Illinois Public Health Association – Statewide Public Health Exercises
SEG designed and executed a series of public health and natural hazard
exercises focusing on the special needs population.
McCormick Tribune Foundation
SEG designed and facilitated a comprehensive Chicago-based bio terrorism
tabletop exercise for senior level media and press executives.
Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments
SEG supported the design of bio terrorism guidance policy for MWCOG and
the 17 jurisdictions comprising MWCOG.
