Jordan Johnson Emergency Management Planner Jordan Johnson is a SEG Emergency Management Planner who comes to the team with diverse credentials. Jordan is serving as a lead emergency management and exercise planner for a number of SEG projects including the New York Yankees, Office of the New York State Comptroller, Massachusetts Southeast Homeland Security Region, and more. Ms. Johnson served as an emergency management coordinator with Medisys, a large New York City based hospital and health care network consisting of three hospitals; two nursing and rehabilitation facilities and 20 neighborhood-based Family Care Centers. She is a NYS certified paramedic, and actively serves as an EMS provider in the New York City 9-1-1 system. She was credited with the development of an education program on Emergency Management Awareness and Family and Self-Preparedness for all hospital staff based on an all-hazards approach and implemented training on Incident Command and Emergency Operations Center management. Ms. Johnson has conducted hazard vulnerability analysis, developed and modified emergency and continuity/recovery plans, polices and procedures, and has extensive experience designing and implementing HSEEP based exercises. Jordan has also served as a paramedic QA/QI Coordinator for the Pre-Hospital Care EMS services. Ms. Johnson is certified in Hazardous Materials Operations and is a National Disaster Life Saving Instructor. She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Oklahoma State University and Associate of Arts in Drafting and Design Technology.
