Walter M. Kowalczyk
Vice President for Operations
Walter Kowalczyk comes to SEG with 30 years experience in public safety and emergency management. Mr. Kowalczyk leads, manages and oversees client operations as the firm's senior program manager. Mr. Kowalczyk is a credentialed and seasoned subject matter expert possessing extensive experience in planning for, and managing all hazards emergency preparedness programs, mass casualty incidents, health and hospital preparedness and continuity and recovery programs. Mr. Kowalczyk possesses thousands of hours of HSEEP based exercise experience. He continues to lead SEG exercise programs nationally for public and private sector organizations as well as the US Military.
